1. Purpose and publisher

These terms of use and sale (the “Terms”) govern access to rougebelles.com and all services offered by Michaël Belinga, sole trader (French “entrepreneur individuel”) trading as “La Clinique du Numérique”, SIREN 510 207 806, SIRET 510 207 806 00058, RCS Cannes 510 207 806, La Méridienne, 10 rue de la Verrerie, 06150 Cannes, France · contact@rougebelles.com (“Rouge Belles”). They apply to any use of the site and to every order. Using the site, creating an account or placing an order means accepting these Terms, which can be viewed on this page at any time.

2. Nature of the characters: fiction and artificial intelligence

All Rouge Belles characters are fictional and AI-generated. They do not depict any real person. Their images are produced with generative AI tools; their biographies are fiction; chat conversations with a character are generated by an AI system based on her fictional profile. No character will claim to be a real person, offer to meet, call or talk off-site, or ask for money outside the displayed offers. Users acknowledge being informed of this artificial nature before use.

3. Adults only

The site and services are strictly for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account, users certify that they are adults. All characters are adults in their fictional stories (21 to 35); no content depicts, suggests or refers to a minor. Any account whose holder appears to be a minor is closed immediately.

4. Member account

Browsing the public pages and galleries is free. Using the chat and buying offers require a free account. At signup, users provide their first name, last name, email address, a password, city and country, confirm they are 18 or older and accept these Terms and the privacy policy. The account is activated once the email address is confirmed.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users guarantee that the information provided is accurate, keep their password confidential and are responsible for any use of their account. They may ask for their account to be deleted at any time at contact@rougebelles.com; deletion gives no right to a refund for content already delivered and does not automatically end a running PayPal membership, which must be cancelled (section 11).

5. Chat: rules and moderation

The chat lets users talk with a fictional character whose replies are generated automatically by an artificial-intelligence system, in a playful, teasing and flirtatious tone, for entertainment. The chat contains no explicit sexual content: explicit requests are deflected by the character. No character offers to meet, call or talk off-site.

Users agree not to: seek explicit, violent, hateful or unlawful content; refer to minors or present themselves as a minor; harass, threaten or insult; attempt to bypass the system’s safeguards (“jailbreaks”, prompt injection); automate requests; share sensitive personal data (health, bank details, etc.). Automatic filters and message rate limits apply. In case of breach, Rouge Belles may end or delete a conversation, suspend or close the account, without notice where the seriousness warrants it. Conversations are stored to ensure continuity and safety of the service as described in the privacy policy; the “Reset” button deletes a conversation.

6. Content rules

Rouge Belles offers clothed glamour only (evening wear, fashion, elegant lingerie, swimwear), generated by AI. No nudity, no explicit sexual content. Requests involving an identifiable real person, a minor, or a school-related, hateful or violent theme are refused before any payment. Other custom requests outside the automated scope are handled by hand by the studio, which adapts how they are produced, with no refund (section 9).

7. Offers and prices

• Membership: €9.99 per month incl. taxes, no commitment, renewed automatically every month until cancelled (section 11). While it runs, it gives access to the “Exclusif” section of every Belle’s profile (members-only photos, added to over time), viewable online when logged in.
• Photo packs (per Belle): Essential (8 photos) €10.99; Signature (15 photos, including the 8 of Essential) €19.99; Prestige (25 photos + 3 bonus photos, including the 15 of Signature) €34.99, all incl. taxes. A pack is only offered for a Belle once all its photos are ready; until then it is shown as “Coming soon”.
• Custom photo (“Photo perso”): €25 incl. taxes for one brand-new photo of the chosen Belle, following the outfit, pose, setting and description (500 characters max.) given by the user within the rules of section 6. Custom set: €60 to €120 incl. taxes, based on a prior quote accepted by the user.

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code (CGI). The applicable price is the one displayed when ordering. Rouge Belles may change its prices at any time; for the membership, any increase is notified at least 30 days in advance and members may cancel before it applies. Offers are available as soon as they open on the Pricing page; while an offer is shown as “coming soon”, it cannot be ordered.

8. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed from the Pricing page while logged in. Payment is made exclusively through PayPal (PayPal account or card, depending on the options PayPal offers), PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. acting as payment provider under its own terms. Rouge Belles never has access to your bank details. An order is final once PayPal approves the payment; PayPal emails a receipt. For the membership, PayPal charges €9.99 at signup and then every month on the same date.

9. Delivery of digital content

All content is digital. Membership access opens as soon as payment is confirmed. Photo packs are delivered instantly once PayPal confirms the payment: they can be downloaded from the member area (“My photo packs”) through secure, time-limited links renewed on every visit, and a link to that area may also be emailed to the account address. A standard custom photo is delivered to the account’s “My photos” space in about 30 minutes after payment. A request outside the automated scope is handled by hand by the studio and delivered by email to the account address within 24 hours at the latest; out-of-scope requests are not refunded. Requests involving a minor, a school-related theme or an identifiable real person cannot be ordered. If an order is not delivered within 24 hours, the user may ask for a refund. Custom sets are delivered within the time stated in the quote, and within 30 days at the latest. In case of delay, users may, after a formal reminder left unanswered, cancel the order and be refunded. Any delivery issue can be reported to contact@rougebelles.com.

10. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost. Before any payment, users must tick a box requesting immediate supply of the content (or immediate access to the membership) and expressly waiving their right of withdrawal; without it, the order cannot be placed. Confirmation of this consent is recorded with the order. Custom photos and sets, made to the user’s specifications, are also excluded from the right of withdrawal (article L221-28 3°).

11. Membership: term and cancellation

The membership runs for one month and renews automatically. It can be cancelled at any time at no cost: from the user’s PayPal account (Settings › Payments › Manage automatic payments) or simply by emailing contact@rougebelles.com, in which case Rouge Belles cancels it within 48 hours. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already-paid monthly period, during which access remains open; no pro-rata refund is due. Rouge Belles may end a membership for serious breach of these Terms (section 5).

12. Intellectual property

The site, the Rouge Belles brand, the characters and their names, images, biographies and texts belong to Rouge Belles and are protected by intellectual-property law. Buying content grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for strictly private use. Prohibited: resale, redistribution, publication, commercial use, removal of the metadata stating the AI origin, using the content to train an AI model, and presenting any character as a real person.

13. Liability

AI-generated replies may be inaccurate or unexpected; they are entertainment, not advice. Rouge Belles uses reasonable means to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability (maintenance, technical incidents, providers) and is not liable for temporary interruptions. Rouge Belles is not liable for a user’s breach of these Terms or for force majeure. Nothing in these Terms limits consumers’ statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content (French Consumer Code art. L224-25-1 et seq.).

14. Personal data

Processing of personal data (account, chat, payments) is described in the privacy policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

Rouge Belles may amend these Terms. The version in force on the order date applies; members are informed of any material change by email or on the site before it takes effect.

16. Complaints, governing law and disputes

Complaints can be sent to contact@rougebelles.com; Rouge Belles aims to reply within 7 days. These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable solution, disputes are brought before the competent courts; consumers may choose the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded or where the damage occurred.
